1. Aware
If you are aware of something, you realize that it is present or is happening because you hear it, see it, smell it, or feel it.
強(qiáng)調(diào)感官對(duì)外界事物的意識(shí)。
例句:
Smokers are well aware of the dangers to their own health.
吸煙者們都很清楚吸煙對(duì)其自身健康的種種危害。
2. Conscious
If you are conscious of something, you notice it or realize that it is happening.
一般指內(nèi)心所意識(shí)到的,即接受到外界的信息后,在大腦里形成了明確的判斷。

I was not conscious of having made a mistake.
我沒(méi)意識(shí)到犯了錯(cuò)誤。
